Log in with your MIS username and password

Your individual username and password will be supplied at your remote training session.

You are now logged in

This is the home screen that you will see when you are logged into Emerge.

Selecting Attendance

Take attendance by Name, Year/Reg, Subject, Timetable or House. To start taking attendance, select your required group through your member of staff.

Taking Attendance

You can mark all present by clicking the 'Mark All' button in the top right hand corner. Using the traffic light system, click in the pink area (left) to mark any students not present, click in the white area (middle) to assign the appropriate attendance mark and click in the green area (right) to mark students individually.

View individual Student Details

View Student details and look at relevant information. You can see an overview of attendance, plus information on timetables/subjects, parent/guardian contact details, medical details and behavioural issues.

Adding Achievements

SIMS schools using Apple iOS devices can now record evidence of student achievement by selecting the Add acheivement tab from the home screen and selecting the relevant achievement type.

Photographic and video evidence can also be recorded and written back to the student record.

Adding Behaviour

SIMS schools using Apple iOS devices can now record evidence of student behaviour by selecting the Add behaviour tab from the home screen and selecting the relevant behaviour type.

Photographic and video evidence can also be recorded and written back to the student record.
