The Warriner School in rural Oxfordshire has been using our parental communication system, Groupcall Messenger, for several years now.
They have consistently demonstrated best practice in engaging with parents, carers and pupils with Messenger, and as a result of this they are saving £12,000 every year on postage, printing and administrative costs traditionally incurred when communicating with the school community.
Messenger has allowed them to improve on the quantity and quality of messages going out to parents and carers, bringing them both timely information and peace of mind. No longer having to rely on what they termed “student mail”, Warriner now knows that anything they need to communicate to students and their families will get straight to the correct person via texts, emails and voice messages.
Don’t just take our word for it though...
In July we visited Warriner to meet some of the Messenger users to find out how they use the system and how it has changed the lives of the staff, parents and students. Watch the video we filmed and find out how your school could save £12,000 a year whilst optimising parental communication.
